Eligibility Criteria
1. Any Institution participating in the Awards should be an Indian entity with a registered presence in India and it is mandatory to provide their Certificate of Incorporation/Registration/State board affiliation
2. Individual Operators/Corporate Entities cannot apply for the Awards
3. Participating institutions must be engaged primarily in providing educational services in India.
4. Organizations offering learning and training solutions are not eligible to participate
5. Institutions cannot participate at a group level. Each unit of the institution must submit a separate application form for their initiatives
6. The initiative should have been completely executed in India
7. Employees and immediate family members of the award management, sponsors and partners of the awards are not allowed to participate in the Awards
8. Participation in the awards is subject to defined terms and conditions available on website
9. To apply for the Awards, participant should register on the website and fill the application form
10. No hard copies of the application form will be accepted
11. All mandatory fields (*) of the application form needs to be completed before submitting
12. Entries will be accepted in English language only
13. A participant can apply for separate initiatives in the same category or different categories through a separate application form for each initiative/ project. If multiple entry forms are received for same project/ initiative, then only one form will be considered, and others will be disqualified
14. Please provide below documents to be eligible for the Awards. Supporting documents must be in the mentioned formats only – pdf, doc, jpeg etc. Size of each document cannot exceed 2 MB per attachment. Any document sent separately will not be accepted
• Documents to support the claims/impact mentioned in the application form
• Date of incorporation/Registration certificate/State Board Affiliation and start date of initiative on organization letter head
• Any other document supporting the initiative
• Award, accolade & achievement
15. In case the participant fails to submit the mandatory documents for the Awards, they may be disqualified

⦿ The Awards Management strives to adhere to the defined timelines for the awards ceremony. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, adjustments may be necessary. The discretion to modify timelines rests solely with the Awards Management.
⦿ Awards Management and its sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for disruptions, stoppages, interruptions, or cancellations during the awards ceremony or any part of its process.
⦿In the event of disruptions, the Awards Management will make every effort to minimize their impact. We will keep all stakeholders informed about any changes to the timeline or schedule to minimize inconvenience.</b?
Application Fee
To be considered for the ARISE Excellence Awards, institutions must submit an application fee along with their application for each category they want to participate in. The application fee covers the administrative and assessment costs involved in the awards process. This includes reviewing and processing the applications.

The ARISE Excellence Awards employ a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process to recognize exceptional achievements across categories. The Awards Management team, Screening and Grand Juries meticulously review all applications, shortlist finalists, and select winners based on pre-defined evaluation parameters. This methodology ensures a fair and objective assessment of each initiative, project, or program, making these awards one of the most prestigious recognitions in school education.
To participate in the ARISE Excellence Awards, applicants need to submit an application in one or multiple categories by following these steps.
Application Process
1. Register Your School
Register you school on the Awards Portal, by providing the required institutional details.
2. Complete the Nomination Form
Select the award category you wish to apply for and submit the nomination form. (You may apply for maximum 2 categories).
3. Fill the Category Application Form
Complete the application form for the selected category and upload all required information and supporting documents directly on the portal.
4. Make the Payment
Submit the applicable application fee through the online payment gateway. Your application will be considered complete only after successful payment.
Further instructions of application fee, mode of payment and bank details have been mentioned in the “Application Fee” section on the website.
Your application shall be considered for the Awards only post receiving the payment acknowledgment by the Awards Management.
⦿ Payment of the entry fee is mandatory before submitting the application for the Awards. Applications without the paid fee will not be accepted.
⦿The entry fee must be paid through bank transfer, and the payment confirmation should be shared with the award management at arise@ariseedu.in.
⦿Making the payment of the entry fee does not ensure winning of the competition.
⦿The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any decisions regarding exceptions will be solely at the discretion of the management.
⦿The management is not responsible for any loss of entry fee due to participant errors in name or details entered.
⦿The jury holds the right to reclassify applications from one award category to another as they see fit, and this decision is final and cannot be contested.</b?
